A. What is Database?

    In computing, a database is an organized collection of data stored and accessed electronically. Small databases can be stored on a file system, while large databases are hosted on computer clusters or cloud storage
    A database is an organized collection of structured information, or data, typically stored electronically in a computer system. A database is usually controlled by a database management system (DBMS).


B. What type of Software is Microsoft Office Excel?

    Microsoft Excel is a spreadsheet program included in the Microsoft Office suite of applications. With Office 365, you are able to download the application to your hard drive and will also have access to the online version.
    Microsoft Excel is a software program produced by Microsoft that allows users to organize, format, and calculate data with formulas using a spreadsheet system. This software is part of the Microsoft Office suite and is compatible with other applications in the Office suite

C. What type of Software is Microsoft Office Access?
    Microsoft Access is a database management system (DBMS) used to store and manage data. Access is part of the Microsoft 365 suite and is made for business and enterprise users.
    Microsoft Access is an information management tool, or relational database, that helps you store information for reference, reporting, and analysis. Access can also overcome the limitations found when trying to manage large amounts of information in Excel or other spreadsheet applications.

D. Think of atleast Two Difference Between Access and Excel

  1.       Microsoft Excel is a spreadsheet software developed by Microsoft for Windows, MacOS, Android, and IOS. While Microsoft Access is a DBMS software that combines the relational, Microsoft Jet Database Engine with a graphical user interface and software development tools.                                                                                                                                               
  2.     Microsoft Excel data storing is less than Access, While data storing capacity in Access is higher than Excel.                                                                                                                                   
  3.       Microsoft Excel is easier to use than access because access is more complex than Excel.
